At ABA Consulting we specialise in recruiting for Accountancy, Finance and Office Support positions across all levels within Industry & Commerce covering the East Midlands and Yorkshire. Our Team

The company was formed by Nick Akroyd and James Akroyd, who between them have almost twenty years' experience of recruiting office professionals. Our key objective is always to provide the highest level of service whilst providing the most cost effective recruitment solution. We believe this can only be achieved through building long term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Whilst we are consistent in our quality approach, we tailor our recruitment solution around individual client needs. Dependent on your requirements, we will recommend one or all of the following strategies:

Database Search - We incorporate a variety of marketing tactics to increase our database of relevant candidates. We register many candidates through advertising, mailings, referrals, networking and proactive resourcing techniques.

Advertising - We regularly advertise on your behalf via selected publications and websites to fulfill your requirements. For roles that require specialist skills and experience, or require highly sought after individuals, 'Advertised Selection' campaigns are created to attract the most relevant people in the marketplace.

Executive Search & Selection - We will go into the marketplace and proactively approach people on your behalf, at the same time maintaining confidentiality at all times.
